Aurum Group Australia will expand to Queensland as part of its five-year business strategy.

The company aims to begin operations and licensing in Queensland with a view to commence operations in late 2018. Aurum Group Australia (AGA) is a multi-faceted property development organisation operating in NSW’s core development growth centres.

The company’s Board of Directors reviewed the company’s overall operations, and have moved to enact a five-year business strategy that will take Aurum Group Australia’s various companies into the Sunshine State, after citing large development opportunities.

Austere Group will be the first arm of AGA that will begin operations in Queensland, followed by InHaus Advisory‘s acquisition and development analytics services. Austere Group will seek to roll out a regional sales and marketing strategy for investment and House and Land Package Stock.

Aurum Group Australia’s Head of Property and Group CEO Dave Mills, having recently returned from the Gold Coast, said he is excited by the potential possibilities in one of Australia’s fastest growing states.

“There are many opportunities in Queensland and we are excited to be exploring the ways we can be involved in the local market”, Mills said, “We believe we can provide a very strong point of difference in an already strong marketplace.”
